Terms of Sale

The following terms apply to all sales. Please read carefully.

Prices and tax

All prices are stated in USD dollars ($) and Swedish VAT-inclusive (6%) unless stated otherwise. Customers from outside the EU are entitled to a tax refund. The refund is applied automatically in the checkout price calculation. EU-customers are entitled to a tax refund if you can provide your full and valid VAT registration number in the order form.

Delivery terms and shipping costs for Retailers

(This section does not apply to consumer orders).

If placing a retailer order, please note that the shipping cost is calculated AFTER placing the order. Our customer service will find an appropriate shipping option (usually UPS) and then send you an email invoice with a link to pay the total amount. This might take up to 48 hours. The payment link found in the email invoice will transfer you to a secure card payment website where you can make the payment.
Note that you will not be immediately transferred to make the payment after confirming the order form. Instead, to make the payment the link in the subsequent email invoice must be used, as described above.

Delivery terms and shipping costs (Sweden)

(This section does not apply to retailer orders).
Your delivery will be sent with Posten's services for letter, postal parcel or business parcel depending on weight and destination. The total shipping cost is displayed in the cart on the checkout page.
Standard shipping cost within Sweden: 0,00 SEK (free).

Delivery terms and shipping costs (rest of the world)

(This section does not apply to retailer orders).

Your delivery will be sent using UPS or the Swedish Posten's parcel services depending on weight and destination. The total shipping cost is displayed in the cart on the checkout page.
Standard shipping cost within EU: $21 USD.
Standard shipping cost rest of the world: $28 USD.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time for in-stock products is 1-3 working days (extra delivery time might apply, depending on the transportation courier and service). Delivery times to the EU and rest of the world take longer, up to 14 days. We cannot guarantee delivery times in all cases due to unexpected delays. We provide no monetary compensation for any inconveniences caused by a delay.

Payment terms

Payment is conducted through credit/debit card payment. Unpaid orders will not be processed.

Secure card payment

We only accept card payments using VISA or Mastercard debit or credit cards. The payment is handled by our payment partner Payex to guarantee secure payments. The card transaction is protected and encrypted by Payex at the time of payment. Card details are not stored after the order is finished.

Privacy information

To be able to process orders, you must fill out all required fields in the order form. Confirming the order also means you agree that your name, address and other details are stored in our customer registry. All personal information provided to us at the time of order will be treated by True Fit/StjärnDistribution AB in accordance with Swedish personal information laws. The information will only be used to fulfill the order obligation to you.
It is important that your email address is provided in the order, to facilitate communication in response to the order. You have the right to see all personal information we have on your file in our customer registry. To obtain this information, an administrative fee of 50 SEK is charged. If any information is found incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right have them changed or removed. Except for customers and business partners, we never share personal information with third parties.

Cancelling orders

Unless specific arrangements have been agreed upon when placing your order, orders yet not delivered can be cancelled by contacting our customer service by phone or email.

Return policy

You are entitled to returns of undamaged products within 2 weeks of receival. If a product is damaged, please see the section Damaged or Faulty Goods below.

If your shipment weighs over 2 kg, please contact customer support for guidance. Return shipping costs are paid by you. It is not required to state a reason for the return, but please include a note stating that you wish to exercise your right to return the product. Please note that you are responsible for safely packing the products to insure no reasonable damage can occur during the return transport. You will be charged for any returned items found damaged on arrival due to insufficient wrapping. Returns must not be sent using a pay-on-receiver-collection postal service (for example Posten Postförskott in Sweden).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty product you must contact our customer service as soon as the damage or fault is discovered. Some types of faulty goods must be marked with a return number provided by customer service. Returns of faulty products is free of charge, and paid by us. However, you may not return the product before you contact our customer service. Our customer service must be contacted prior to any return. Returns must not be sent using a pay-on-receiver-collection postal service (for example Posten Postförskott in Sweden). A damaged or faulty product is replaced by an identical working replacement product. Please note that any visible transportation damage must be notified to our customer service within 8 days.

Disclaimer

Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, stock information, unclear product specifications and the possibility of products becoming sold out. We are not liable to deliver orders with faulty pricing or specifications due to technical problems or other reasons beyond our control.

We conduct business in accordance with all Swedish applicable laws and business recommendations (Distansavtalslagen, Konsumentverkets och Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden's recommendations). We wish you to feel secure shopping with us, and we welcome you as our customer.
